Cup exit for Radlett
RADLETT bowed out of the ECB Cockspur Cup on Sunday after being comprehensively outplayed by Brondesbury.
With a place in the Regional Final of the national cricket competition at stake, Radlett would have fancied their chances after being drawn at home against the Middlesex giants.
But they were second best from ball one, conceding 288 for two in 45 overs and then collapsing to 178 all out in reply. Matt Evans held the Radlett innings together with a fine knock of 70.
